- Counseling Sessions: If you need to cancel a scheduled counseling session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
2.2 Cancellation by Students Traffic
- We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- NEET College Predictor Tool: If you are not satisfied with the results provided by our NEET College Predictor Tool, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. - Counseling Sessions: Refunds for counseling sessions will be issued if the session is canceled by you with at least 24 hours’ notice or if the session is canceled by us for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the counseling session, please contact us within 24 hours after the session to discuss your concerns.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
- Services rendered as per schedule and without any dissatisfaction claim within the stipulated time are non-refundable.
- Any digital products or downloads purchased from our site are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
